At WellNurse, our fees reflect the time, clinical expertise, and comprehensive care provided in every session. Where eligible, you may receive a Medicare rebate to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.

Short Consultation

For patients returning after a comprehensive assessment - rescripts.

Approx duration: 6-20 mins
Total Fee (AUD): $90
Out of Pocket Cost: $40

Standard Consulation

For discussing new concerns, rescripts, or new referrals.

Approx duration: 20-30 mins
Total Fee (AUD): $130
Out of Pocket Cost: $45

Extended Consultation
(Initial Assessment)

Comprehensive first appointment for new patients, including assessment & care planning.

Approx duration: 60+ mins
Total Fee (AUD): $220
Out of Pocket Cost: $60

Long Consulation

Short psychological support. e.g. CBT, or collaborative care with other clinicians.

Approx duration: 40-60 mins

Fully private session, not Medicare-rebatable

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Notes for Patients:

  1. Initial appointments are generally 60 minutes for a thorough evaluation.

  2. Private fees are slightly above the Medicare Schedule Fee; rebates are applied to the Schedule Fee only.

Payment & Rebates:

  1. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.

  2. Secure online and in-person payments accepted.

  3. Medicare rebates can be processed electronically on your behalf.

You can book online through our secure booking system. Your appointment will be confirmed once all administrative requirements are complete, including:

  1. Completion of patient intake screens

  2. Signed consent forms

  3. Verification of eligibility for rebates (if applicable)
